The building is located on the North 4th Ring Road (East), adjacent to the Asian Games Village and the 2008 Olympic Games Village. The hotel has various restaurants, banquet halls and multi-functional halls, including the famous Tanggong Seafood Restaurant and Mingdu Tea Art Hall, which offer Tibetan, Sichuan and Guangdong cuisines, Western food and a variety of snacks.
