The Emperor's Night Theme Dinner, a showcase of the art of Chinese culinary. At the time, the ballroom is transformed into a large palace hall. In the front section seats the Dragon Throne, where the emperor sat and ruled from. Also presented are figurines of Chinese lions guarding the stairway-symbols of good luck and protection.
